To qualify for this level of funding, you must meet the following criteria:
• Minimum 3 year old company
• Last 2 years of tax returns (must show profits)
• Last 2 years of certified financials
• Last 6 months of bank statements
• Current year projections show profitability
• Current Business Plan
• Exit Strategy/Repayment Plan
• Excellent Business Credit (No Slow Pays/Late Pays/Charge Offs)
• Owners Financial Statements may be required
• Personal Guarantee of owners may be required
Once provided these documents, we will review and access your current situation. From this point, we can assist you in obtaining the funding your business needs.
If qualified, due diligence fees may be required. Typical fees range from $5,000 to as high as $100,000. No fees are charged until we have a firm commitment to lend from one of our lenders.
Once we have a commitment to lend and the fees are paid, you will work directly with us and the lender to ensure the loan is funded. Typical funding timelines are 90 to 180 days. Success fees range from 1 to 6 points and are due at funding.
